The 'Cloud Nine' dogwood has the appearance of a true cornus florida, but when it blooms it 'turns the dial to 11' to give that extra bit that puts it over the top. It has white blooms that are larger and more dense. When this tree blooms in the spring it is really a sight to behold as clusters of huge dogwood blooms seem to overload the branches. This tree makes an outstanding spring center piece, but can also be planted in rows, near a house, or among the shade of larger trees. Like all dogwoods it can adapt to full sun and less ideal soil conditions with care, but prefers afternoon shade and moist, well drained soil rich in organic matter.

Beautiful little tree

This tree came with my Chinese Fringe Tree, and both came well packed and healthy. Been in ground a few months and have greened out well.

Happy outcome from an online nursery!

no life

as soon as i got the dogwood, i put it in a pot. I have been babying it but see NO signs of life as yet. I will not put it in the ground till after our frost free date. I thought giving it a head start in a pot would be good. I have not given up on it yet.

Healthy and beautiful!

The tree arrived in good shape, with its branches already budding, and I planted it immediately, following the detailed instructions included. It's growing, blooming, and looks beautiful in our yard! We're very pleased with our Cloud Nine dogwood, and with New Blooms Nursery!

Good Service

I was please with the timely communication between New Blooms (Travis) an myself. The tree was long in transit but still arrived in good condition. I did find that adding some SuperThrive to a low dose of fertilizer helped the plant recover well.
