About Pre-Orders & Winter Orders

Items sell fast in the spring and fall, so preordering is the best way to ensure you get the plants you want from our nursery. When you order from us, your order confirmation email will contain the expected ship date of them item. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive your item by that date. If for some reason the date changes or we experience crop loss we will contact you as soon as we know with information about substitutions or refunds.

We grow plants onsite and we also rely on our trusted growers for plants. There are always inherit risks to growing and overwintering that include weather, pests, and disease. We mitigate these risks through cultural controls such as climate control, yearly disinfection of our growing spaces, using industry grade growing media, walk through inspections and frequent communication with our growers.
