Constellation Dogwood® Rutcan - Hybrid White Dogwood

The Constellation® dogwood, developed by Rutgers, has outstanding beauty and disease resistance thanks to it's hybrid lineage. Named for the incredibly profuse nature of the blooms, smothered is a good description.
